Yogi Tea
The original drink for Yogis ॐ
The most delicious, nutritious, adaptable tea for the yoga practitioner.
Yogis everywhere love Yogi tea. Even non-yogis enjoy this drink. It’s spicy, can be drunk warm or cold, it’s healthy, cleanses the body and wakes up the digestive system.
Perhaps you’ve been to India where this tea originated from and enjoyed your cup of Chai. Or perhaps you’ve ordered your yogi tea from your local and favourite café. Both are great suppliers of the blend but why not make it yourself?
It is SO easy to make and you can make a large amount depending on your preference.
★ Preparation
- Bring all the ingredients to boil in a large pot. Let it simmer for about 20 mins.
- Your tea is now ready for drinking! You could possibly add some Oat milk to taste to make it a little creamier. But this is totally optional.
- You can keep the tea in the pot on the stove, reheating it over a few days or you could store the tea in a glass container in the fridge for another moment.

- Cardamon Pods (about 10/15 pods)
