What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is a softer more passive style of yoga where poses are held for a longer period of time in order to target the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks of the body.
Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of Chi in the organs. Mental and emotional health benefits arise when practicing Yin yoga regularly. This practice cultivates presence, compassion and mindfulness.
