I bow to the great, unseen Wisdom
This is a powerful mantra and we chant for the benefits of:
Protection

Receive guidance from one’s highest self
Creates a protective field of energy surrounding the person chanting
Attracting abundance
Helping to live out your Destiny
Covers and clears the past, present and future
Surrounds you with a field of white light of protection
Invoking and cultivating our highest well being
Origins:
Guru Arjan, the fifth Sikh Guru, wrote this prayer. This mantra is the Mangala Charan of the Sukhmani Sahib, a sacred prayer whose title translates as “Consoler of the Mind.”
Through the protection we invoke, our feet can continue walking in happiness and our mind can be consoled knowing all is in the hands of the great unseen Wisdom.
Chant this mantra anytime, anywhere, silently or aloud when you want protection, guidance or grounding.
You can also chant this mantra for 11 minutes as a meditation.
Experiment and find out for your yourself!
