SUMMARY:Hot Yin Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Hot Yin yoga is a type of yoga that melds the popular Hot yoga style with the more meditative-like Yin yoga. Like other forms of Hot yoga, Hot Yin yoga is practiced in a heated room, but the temperature, at 95 degrees Fahrenheit, is a bit cooler than most Hot yoga classes.\n\nAnd, like regular Yin yoga, Hot Yin yoga practice includes fewer postures, which the yogi holds for three to five minutes or more in an effort to release deep tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints and bone.\nThe heated room complements the Yin poses, loosening the muscles and promoting the release of the deep tissues. Because the poses are held so long, Hot Yin yoga classes include a fewer number of poses, usually 10 to 15.
